Hello Stampers!

Happy (hmmm...had to think for a moment what day it is...lol) oh yes....Happy Thursday!

With the day off on Monday, I keep getting confused on what day it is...lol

What a great fun class we had on Tuesday, celebrating Totally Awesome Tuesday!  Thanks to all that attended.  We created a fun card using a 2-step stamp set and a technique called Triple Time Stampin'. The stampers loved it and I love it too. 

Here is the card we created

The stamp set we used was Gently Falling Pg. 86 in the 2012-2013 SU Catalog.  The ink colors were Cajun Craze and More Mustard.  The cardstock colors are also Cajun Craze and Very Vanilla.

It is a very simple card to stamp and works up quickly. We added a bit of Linen Thread (page 173) and added a Naturals Designer's Button (pg. 176).

This month in stampin' we are focusing on Awesome Autumn.  One of my favorite times of the year. I love the cooler temps (still waiting for them), the changing of the leaves, the colors and the preparation for the upcoming winter months. 

I am also hosting an Awesome Autumn Stamp Class on Monday, September 17, 2012.  Here is one of the items you will be creating at that class.  I'll update more at another time.

The stamp set used on this card creation is called Lovely As a Tree (pg 84) in the 2012-2013 Stampin' Up! catalog.  This set has been around for a long time and if you haven't yet added it to your collection...gosh...what are you waiting for....jump onto my demo web site (see link on the side bar) and order it.  It works for all around the year creations.  I love using Glossy Cardstock to create this effect.  Again, quick, easy but oh so cool!  Don'tcha agree? LOVE IT!
