Yeah....Happy Friday Stampers!

I'm doing the Happy Friday Dance,....woo hoo!

I'm so excited....had a wonderful stampin' time with my Stampin' Club Members last night.  I'll take pics of what we did but we did a wonderful fun Retro Ornament and a Flocked Christmas Card.  The stampers loved it and they did a great job....although they aren't fans of the Stamp A Ma Jig, I am trying to turn that around...it is really a great tool to use if you need to place a stamped image just in the perfect spot....I love it...and I'm working on them to love it too...lol

I'm babysitting Travis overnight and we are having a sleepover...yeah!  Gramma has to run to the store prior to Travis' arrival to get some of his favorite yummies.....I also got him a new toy to play with at Gramma's...a remote control car.  I had fun playing with it...and didn't know how to turn it off in the store, so I proudly pushed my cart with it playing away...hmmm...attention getter maybe?  But no one seemed to care...oh well....anyhow...I'm excited he is coming for a sleepover at Grammas tonight.

I've also been busy with my class planning for 2013. You are going to love all that I am going to offer and not wanting to share yet, but it will be totally terrific...lol

I am also going to share shortly my next class which is a Stamp A Stack Christmas...we will be making a total of six cards, three designs, two of each.  This has been highly loved in the past and it's back...a great way to make some fun, quick cards and get you motivated to start creating your own holiday cards...you know, it's two weeks away from Thanksgiving?  OMG...so much to do...so little time.

Don't forget also my FREE Customer Appreciation Christmas Party which I am hosting in December and also my Christmas Cookie Exchange....which is non SU related, but I"m sure I'll incorporate stampin in some way...lol

Here's a little sneak peek at one of the cards we'll be creating at my Christmas Card Stamp A Stack to be held on Monday, 11/19/12.  I had originally planned on scenting the candy canes with our Peppermint Embossing Powder but due to some quality control issues, SU has discontinued this product...I'm not sure why, but I know the scent doesn't last as long as the other scents we offer.  I love this card and all the fun elements included in creating it.  Hope you do too!

 

 

Our Stampin' Sue's Swappers are creating their holiday cards.  Our theme for this month's swap is anything Christmas.  We have added another swapper to the list so there are a total of six of us, so those of you involved in creating your holiday swaps, please make a total of six, one for yourself, so you need to bring to class on the 19th, five of the cards.  Last month's swap was so much fun and this month is going to be even better.
