Hello Stampers & Scrappers


Sorry for my absence.....I've been a bit busy, still battling with this cold/sinus/allergy thing I've had going on and just have not had enough hours in my day...I'm sure you all can relate, but anyhow...I have a post for you today.

On Saturday I was invited to attend a Scrapbook Crop...a last minute invite, but nonetheless, I was so excited to be there and share My Digital Studio, although it didn't go as well as I had planned as it seems like everyone is having a problem even wanting to give My Digital Studio a try, but I know how hard sometimes change is....we are a society that doesn't open our arms inviting change, but I tell you....if you give it a try, you will see how easy, fun, and self rewarding MDS can be..not just for scrapbooking, but so many other projects and a whole new form of crafting.

Here are a few of the scrapbook pages I was able to create during my few hours at the crop (yes...I wasn't just sitting there awaiting scrappers to come to me...I was scrapping too)...I was thrilled at how many pages I was able to create and the best part...I never had to look for a certain type of paper, certain stamp, run out of ribbon, embellishments and had every color at my fingertips and pretty much all scrappin supplies there too!

Here is a fun pumpkin page I created....this is a very simple page and only a few embellishments were needed....Travis steals the show for this page!

 

Here is another fun page I created....funny how a lot of my pages have Travis as the main focus :-)

This was a fun afternoon at Kirby Park and what a great way to remember it always....digi style!

 

 

Another fun evening I spent down at River Common....during Riverfest 2013...this is a yearly event in WB/Kingston and it was great fun at the opening session....I really didn't know all that was involved getting the dragons awakened and opening ceremony for Riverfest....
