Hope you have been enjoying all my blog posts including the Wednesday Challenges from my Borderline Buddy, Leanna...I have so been enjoying doing these posts for you and also the technique tutorials. If you have anything in particular you would like me to focus on or maybe a technique you need help with, please don't hesitate to let me know.  After all, this blog isn't just about me...it's for you as well!

As I was trying to decide what to share with you today, I came across these cards which I made in the early part of this month.

I used our Watercolor Paper and used the watercolor technique.  These are quick and easy cards to create and no specialty coloring is required.  To create these cards, I just used the Watercolor Paper and an Aqua Painter.  I also used the lid of the ink pads to color first squeezing the top of the pad before opening and using the lid as my paint pallet.  Then after it dries I used StazOn Black to stamp the image.  I love it!

Here's another example of this technique

So I challenge you to begin the wonderful world of watercolor....give it a try...I don't really recommend using our Whisper White or Very Vanilla CS as it tends to "pill up" when doing this technique as the CS isn't heavy enough to accommodate the water but feel free to use our Shimmer Paper, the Naturals CS or Confetti CS if you have any of these. Of course Watercolor Paper works best, but if you are itching to watercolor, I would recommend less water the better using our regular CS.

Have a super stampin' day!

Susan
