There's No Place Like Home......

There's no place like home......there's no place like home.....

 

You ever feel that way after a trip?  It's not like the trip was horrible, it's just that it's wonderful to get away....have fun...meet friends...travel.....but when you come down to it, there is truly no place like home.

 

As many of you know, this weekend was a busy one for me....I had traveled to New Jersey for a Stampin' Up! Event, Centre Stage and On Stage which ended up being an absolutely wonderful weekend....meeting up with old friends and meeting new friends as well. 

 

I attended the event by myself but I wasn't worried...where else can you travel a few hundred miles by yourself and be in a room where everyone you come into contact has the exact same thing in common.....stamping!  That's what it's like attending a SU event....we all have something we are all in love with....Stampin' Up! and all it has to offer!  I cannot even image NOT having Stampin' Up! in my life....it is so much more than SIP (stamps, ink and paper).  It is so much more.

 

So back to where I started.....here are a few pictures of the suite I had all to myself (including this luxurious King Sized Bed)....all to me!  YIPPEE...and so comfortable....I need one!

This is just part of the living room area...the other side had a huge desk (which would be perfect for stamping) along with a huge flat screen TV...which I never turned on as I didn't have much time in this beautiful suite...except for sleeping and showering.....

 

Friday evening was an event called Centre Stage which is for those that are Silver Elite or higher in title...what an awesome event.....some business talk, meeting up with some of the fabulous leaders of the company (demos, like me) and a fabulous dinner.....here are a few pictures of that (sorry but I cannot share any of the stamps new products....yet)....

And I'll just share this yummy dessert...OMG....Death by Chocolate...for sure!
