More Than Just Cards!

Sorry I've been a bit absent....been a bit under the weather....those nasty migraines really do me in sometimes...and this was one of the times.....not sure what triggers then but if you experience these, you know just what I'm talking about.....and the aftermath of a migraine...leaving you feeling down, out and hurting all over.....wish there was a cure for them....but otherwise, I'm back here today.

 

These days, I do a day to day thinking...not really sure what tomorrow will bring but some things, we just don't have any control over...such as being sick...and it stinks!

 

So..Halloween is coming....do you celebrate?

 

Anything in particular you do each year?

 

I miss those days of creating fun costumes for my kids and doing the trick or treating....as a child, I would go out for hours at a time....even to the local "beer gardens" as they were called...we really made out well there....$1 a person...and in those days that was a lot!

 

Times have changed.....and the old fashioned door to door trick or treating even a thing of the past...it's really sad....and I often wish things were different, but they aren't and we have to go with the changes in our lives....

 

So...if you don't send Halloween cards (and I'm guilty of this)...how about some holiday décor?
