Let's Check out February, 2019 Paper Pumpkin Kit

 FEBRUARY, 2019
PAPER PUMPKIN KIT

Succulents have been trending for a very long time now—maybe because they’re simple to grow and are among the most beautiful and interesting little denizens of the plant kingdom. They’re also great for decorative touches in the home or office.
Our designers and concept artists like them very much, so when it came time to create the February Paper Pumpkin kit, they got to work shopping, assembling, and photographing. Don’t you love the results? It’s almost like having your own little succulent garden in a box.
We think this versatile collection will be your go-to card collection for months to come. Check out how easy it is to assemble them here. P.S. Have you seen the February “magical unboxing” video? If you haven’t, you really should--so you can get a behind-the-scenes peek at what went into the creation of this fabulous kit.

Each Grown with Kindness kit comes with 9 card bases, 9 envelopes, 3 gray card panels, 3 vellum card panels, 9 photo card panels, 2 sheets die-cut labels, 3 yds. black baker’s twine, 1-1/2 yds. white baker’s twine, 40 silver metallic enamel dots, 35 dimensionals, and 125 adhesive dots. And don’t forget the exclusive stamp set and the Fresh Fig ink spot!

ALTERNATIVE PROJECTS
The Stampin’ Up! home office may be swathed in snow, but that didn’t stop our concept artists from diving in and creating a “garden” of succulent alternate cards for you to enjoy. To make them yourself, simply use your February Paper Pumpkin kit and the products listed below.

You Can Do Incredible Things Card
For a subtle stamping effect, randomly stamp the flower border on the vellum, then flip the vellum over and adhere it to the card front.

Thank You Card
Stamp the teacup in Basic Grey ink, color with Stampin’ Blends, then heat emboss for a look that practically pops off the card!

Be Kinder to Yourself Card
Create the treat package by cutting the strip and scoring the base so it can stand on its own. Add an additional piece to the back of the panel so that both the front and back length match. (The main strip is 2-1/2" x 11"; the additional strip over the top of the back strip is 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” with a score line at 1/2" from the top).
Use Tear & Tape Adhesive at the top to hold the bag together. Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to hold the treat bag inside the packaging by adhering it to both sides of the bag. Use Basic Black Dark Stampin’ Blends to color the Gold Library Clip. If needed, add an additional coat after the first coat dries. The ink may rub off slightly on your fingers, so set it by adding a clear topcoat spray.
