Good Morning! Yeah! It's Friday!
I'm so excited the weekend is here (soon anyhow)....we had some terrible storms/rain in our area last evening....it cooled the temperature down but the torrential rain was awful....these types of rain brings back terrible memories back to me...from the flooding during the Lee Flooding in 2011....makes me remember all the treasures I lost when my home got flooded.....including my scrapbooks....my memories of the years of my children's lives....the hours spent creating each and every page with such attention to detail...the loads of books I had worked so hard on....I know....stupid, right? I mean for keeping them in my basement but many times I would drag them out but due to lack of space would take them back down there...what was I thinking?
Anyhow....this makes me think and wish I had My Digital Studio when I was creating them...All I would have to do is to have them reprinted...dhhhhh....oh well, I only have 26 years to catch up on recreating them....if I still have pictures but it will take a lot more work...more scranning, more everything.
So today, I'm going to talk about MDS (My Digital Studio). During the storm last night I was working on some recent pages...it is so much fun...so quick and easy....the only materials I needed was my computer and the program loaded (and it is less than $20 curretly) or you can download 30 days for FREE to give it a try...no need to drag out all your supplies, set them up, hopefully have colors that coordinate and embelishments, enough SNAIL, etc., etc., etc. not to mention to have to clean it all up and drag it all back to where it belongs (in my case back upstairs)....
Not with MDS...my computer! All that was needed...let me share with you what I created (including the header on this blog). Like it?
Of course, it was so easy to create...I had great subjects to scrapbook....and no, I'm not talking about me.
So....what do you think? These were created in no time at all. Interested in giving it a try? Let me know? I'd love to share it with you.....enjoy your day!
Susan
