Weeeee......

It's finally here...the weekend...maybe I can get my grass cut today!

What a bunch of bad weather we have been having here in PA....lots of rain...means lots of grass growing, but the best part?  Lots of flowers blooming....I am so happy with the blooming of my hydrangea...funny...two of them planted the same time...one is over the top with blooms (it has plenty of room to grow), but the other one :-(  I think my lilac tree's roots is stumping it's growth...:-(

 

I suppose the say goes true for life itself....if you give yourself plenty of space, you can grow in your life....if you have roots intertwined, they will hold you back from growing and going after what you truly want from life....

 

Okay..by now, you are saying...wow...Susan has certainly fallen off the stamping path!  lol

 

Not really...my stamping business is the same way...if I tend to stay to myself in a small corner, how am I going to grow?  So that is why I attend SU events such as leadership conferences, regional seminars and CONVENTION!  Woo Hoo!  It's only a few short weeks away and I'll be growing and spreading my wings to new techniques, new ideas, new stamps and new friends.  Convention is so much more than that though..it's a time of the year when we demos meet up with old and new friends, get to talk to others about our personal lives....sometimes wonder why it is we do what we do and know that we aren't alone...we have thousands of friends to help along the way!

 

Okay....not going to end this without a stamping project...here's a fun one I created using new products...Mosaic Madness....love this and a little bling in the centers of the punched mosaic "tiles"....woo hoo!  What do you think?
