It's Friday Stampin' Time....

Happy Friday..woo hoo...we made it to the end of the week...what a tough week it was with the time change.

 

I thought today I would share with you some Paper Piercing.  This is a fun technique and if you aren't into coloring....and don't mind too much fussy cutting...this might be a technique for you....

 

I used the stamp set, Vivid Vases (item number 133818). This is only available in Wood and for less than $12, it's a great stamp. 

I stamped the image using Black Staz On on Whisper White CS.

 

Next, I stamped the same image on my DSP..I stamped a few different times on different scrap pieces of the DSP from the same package (the DSP I used is Eastern Elegance (item # 130131)

 

Next, I did a bit of fussy cutting and cut out the images. 

 

Then I used SNAIL and adhered the DSP to the vases. 

 

Here are four different images I created. I colored in the flowers using our Stampin' Markers.

 

Here is one of the cards I created...I added some Crystal Effects to the vases to give them an acrylic look. I added this when the entire card was completed as it takes some time to dry. 

 

 

Here's another card idea...adding some Candy Dots and a Thank You to the card front using Black Staz On.  These were the cards I sent to my customers for those placing orders for the month of February.
