Acorny Thank You - from me to you!

With the release of the new 2015 Holiday Catalog, I've been having so much fun creating new projects with new products.....it's like Christmas every time I step into my craftin' space.

So many new supplies....so much stampin' to be done!

 

This stamp set and punch (bundled to save 15%) is becoming one of my favorites.

I have found with this stamp set, simple is best.  I was inspired by a card created by Mary Fish, a wonderful demonstrator.  She had a card like this posted on her blog....and I loved the crisp white and focusing on one color.

 

It was simply a few squares....and a bit of gluing....but just one simple little linen thread bow.

 

The color used were simply Whisper White and Chocolate Chip.  The acorn is stamped separately and then using the coordinating punch, you punch out the topper and the nut part. 

 

 

I used Stampin' Dimensionals to add a bit of depth to the acorn...love it!  How about you?
