I stamped the images using the new Archival Black in, pad.  I then used inks and my aqua painter to color in with a light wash. The birds were colored with a stampin' marker to make them more distinct on the card. 

 

I colored in the tree using inking and a sponge to lightly color in the tree. 

 

Adding Stampin Dimensionals makes the window frame just pop off the page.

 

I added our Designer Series Paper to make it look like an inside wall...so you are looking from the inside out the window.
