Celebrating World Card Making Day....

People give each other cards to celebrate birthdays, weddings, achievements and more, as well as to commiserate or support. But how much does your sentiment mean, if it’s simply bought from a retail chain with little thought? Take some time this Card Making Day and create something heartfelt from scratch, and show the recipient that you’ve really thought about them.

 

Celebrate World Card Making Day by creating some hand stamped cards and sending them off to friends, family and loved ones.....

I had an event planned to celebrate tomorrow, Saturday, 10/1/16 but due to lack of interest, I have cancelled the event..... :-(

 

But...you can still celebrate...just by sending out cards...I tend to hoard mine....and I'm not really sure why.....but let's let them go...send them out....brighten someone's day by them receiving a hand created and hand written card....it means so much!

 

I have been told that receiving a card in the mail, whether it be hand made or store bought (EEK)...is like sending a hug....with a fold in the middle.....

 

Let's hug everyone not just on this special day....but each and every day....nothing brightens someone's day....like someone receiving a card from you and them knowing you are thinking about them!
