If you are wanting this newest stamping tool (and who doesn't), you will have the opportunity to preregister for this tool.....so...here's what is going to happen.
At 4 pm EST you will log onto my website and into your account, there will be a link there to preregister to obtain one of the Stamparatus tools....You will click on the link, fill out the credit card information and such and then you will be preregistered to receive one.
You will receive an email that you are preregistered and when they become available in the warehouse, Stampin' Up! will forward you another email (around February, 2018) that they are available. You will then have to log into your account through my web page and complete the order.
It's a new way Stampin' Up! has designed to cut down on backorders and items not available...it's something new......giving it a trial run and hopefully this will eliminate all the issues when something new comes out.
Now...IMPORTANT TO NOTE - there will be a limited amount of these available to preregister for today......if you get an error message that there are no more available, you will have to wait until the next preregister release date......

Just remember...your order is not finalized until you submit the cart information to Stampin' Up! in February......if you do not, you will not be able to receive the Stamparatus.
