And....it's a rainy Thursday!  Thank you Barry!

I hope all is well with you today.  I'm having a great day...and feeling well...

If you follow me on Facebook, you would already know that I decided to make a lifestyle change and joined WW.....I actually decided to join before I found out that my A1 sugar levels had gone up....but it's time.....it's one of those things that you know you have to do.....but put off.....and then when you do it....you wished you had sooner!

It's really amazing once you start eating right (and eating good food) how much better your overall self feels...I'm drinking lots of water with lemon.....and counting my point values and I have to say...that WW has changed so much from years ago.....and there are options as far as joining.  I chose to do the online version and using my phone and an app...it's easy peasy!  They offer many wonderful easy to create recipes...and you can just zap a bar code and find out how many points that particular item is.....how cool is that?
