Monday Candle Fun!

OMG....is it Monday....again?

I don't know about you, but I feel like I was just posting Monday's blog....from last week....wow...time sure does fly.....

Saturday we did my family celebration of my birthday.....did you miss my birthday this year?  If you did, I was am still am...giving you the gifts.....I hosted a fun Birthday Class last week but not to worry, as I am repeating the same class on Thursday.....and everyone attending will receive a gift from me (in celebration of my birthday month) along with cake!  What's a birthday celebration without cake?

I had two "parties" this year.  One was celebrated right on my birthday and the other was celebrated on Saturday.....talk about a lucky gal.....I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family to celebrate with....and so grateful to be with my family....life is short....don't we know that...so live each day to the fullest!

Here's a share for you...I believe I have shared this with you before but came across it going thru my pictures and thought I would bring it back again.....how about this fun and easy card you can create for Christmas (but you can also make it into a birthday card as well)

 

The candle was created using the bird punch along with the leaves.  The candle itself was the label punch.  What fun is this......

 

I raised up the "flames" on dimenstionals to make it more realistic and don't forget to sponge around the edges whenever you are doing any punchart...really makes it pop and brings out the punched image...I can see this as a bunch of birthday candles on a fun card....I'll have to try it!
